About OTC
Formed in 1994, OTC is an Internet infrastructure solutions and disaster recovery company. Our clients utilize our premium 44,000+ sq feet of data center space and disaster recovery office space to deploy applications and/or host disaster recovery for their business processes, sales, marketing, support, media, and communications on the Internet. OTC operates multiple industrial level data centers with managed services in the Great Lakes region.
OTC’s core business and mission is to provide secure, reliable, always accessible Internet solutions to our customers. To this end we maintain a detailed Disaster Prevention and Recovery Plan (DPRP) and publish a publicly available version called the DPRP-Public.
In addition, OTC regularly invests in each data center. These investments are planned and scheduled in our Data Center Improvement Plan (DCIP). The DCIP, not available to the public, maps out our planned upgrades to the data center facilities. We update the DCIP regularly as we encounter specific situations and on a scheduled basis to assure continuous improvement.
OTC’s staff is continually monitoring and improving the technical infrastructure. The DPRP review team meets monthly to review the DPRP and the DPRP-Public to identify improvement opportunities which are tracked in our Data Center Improvement Plan (DCIP).

OTC Flint
OTC Flint is a premier data center and backup/disaster recovery site located at 5225 Exchange Drive, Flint, MI. The facility includes 24" Telco grade raised floor area and finished and furnished power-protected office space.
This unique facility offers an outstanding opportunity for not only enterprise firms and service providers, but also individual businesses. Space in the facility can be acquired in large amounts as a production data center; as a disaster recovery site; or per U for colocation. The facility equipped to meet the needs of those firms requiring office space for support staff.
